When demand is high, areas on your map will turn red with extra dollar amounts (e.g., +$3.50). Complete a pickup inside that zone to automatically add that bonus to your fare.

To keep the system fair, individual ratings cannot be manually removed. However, if a rider rates you poorly due to things out of your control (like traffic or app glitches), our system automatically excludes that rating from your average.
